Our range of Stretch Wrapping Machines is suitable for packing the above consumer goods quickly while giving additional protection too.
• This simple to operate, table-top model machine consists of a motorized variable speed Turn Table, so that the operator can conveniently stand near the machine and stretch wrap the carton boxes / products quickly. The ‘powered pre-stretch’ unit stretches the LLDPE stretch cling film upto 300%, so as to cover the products consuming least quantity of stretch film. This results in very low packing cost. About 120 Boxes per hour can be easily stretch wrapped using this machine.
• This machine enables Industries manufacturing items as above to drastically reduce the hands in packing department; to give added attraction and protection to the printed carton boxes containing valuable products inside; to considerably save total power costs, when compared to shrink wrap system.

Spool Carriage Frd:

• Fixed-rate powered pre-stretch carriage (150-200-250%), with manual wrapping tension adjustment possibilities using the potentiometer. Film tensioning is electronically controlled by a load cell and amplifier that control the film unwinding motor inverter. An electromagnetic clutch puts the rubber coated pre-stretch rollers in idle gear to allow for fast and simple film clamp at the beginning of each.

The Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine represent the innovative and flexible solution to fully automatic pallet wrapping. The operator places the load on the turntable, stars -off cycle by remote control and, after having accomplished the wrapping cycle in an automatic manner, removes the pallet. The innovative Film Clamping & Cutting Unit with integrated sealer ensures accurate hooking, cutting and sealing of film tail that perfectly adheres to the pallet; full respect of the safety rules is guaranteed in every operating condition.

The pallet can be positioned by fork lift truck or pallet jack and, thanks to the base plate 92 mm. high, Technoplat CW has a high operating flexibility.

Distinguishing Marks Clamping, Cutting And Spreading System: 

• The innovative clamp and cut unit is based on a pneumatic system and delivers high precision and reliable performances by executing each operation step by step. The integrated spreading unit on the CS machines is able to spead the film at the end of each wrapping cycle and ensures the absence of any tail. The clamp unit allows the machine to be always ready for the next cycle. All these operations can run manually.

• The control panel is equipped with a practical alert system that detects and locate where maintenance/action might be needed.

• Independent dual-drive prestretch roller carriage with prestretch ratio adjustment from 0 – 300%. Film deposit force onto the load can be adjusted on the panel and controlled by patented electronic device. “QLS” (quick load system) for fast film loading.
